THE THREE O'CLOCK THREESOME
Each weekday at 3 PM, 96rock's Foster and The Blade pull three songs out of their iPods to play on the air...each one the part of a puzzle.  Your job is to figure out how all three songs work together. 

4:20 SMOKE BREAK
Weekdays at 4:20pm, Foster And The Blade select a song that inspires them to "check out" for about 4 or 5 minutes. Grateful Dead? Bob Marley? Blind Melon? Sublime? You never know what they’ll pick, but it’s often something you haven’t heard in a while.

LIVE AND LOUD LOWDOWN
Adam-12 keeps you in the loop on local concert info weekdays at 6:15 PM and sometimes gives you a chance to win tickets!

MANDATORY METALLICA
Each weeknight at 10 PM, a Metallica rock block trio.

HANGOVER CAFE
Sunday mornings 7 AM - 12 Noon
